Default Can't decide on a mid-pipe...

Well guys, I know this has been beaten to death, but I guess my searches were too general because I couldn't find exactly what I needed.

I'm looking at getting some longtube headers, but can't decide whether to go with the H-pipe or X-pipe... I think I like the sound of the H-pipe a little bit more, but I'm wondering how much of a power advantage the X-pipes have. It's a tough decision and need a bit of input. IF there is a specific thread that already discusses this in depth, feel free to post the link because I couldn't find em.

I would go prochamber or H-pipe as most axlebacks sound good with the prochamber and H-pipe.

I think I'm going to do an H-pipe, I just can't seem to find a vid of an X-pipe that I love. This will be with Corsas and I'm deciding between Kooks, JBA, and ARH. I'll keep y'all posted.

If you're going with Kooks and have Corsa, then you need to go with the catted X in my opinion... here is a sound clip and man, it sounds awesome!

This is the system I'm saving up for!

i have similar questions and didnt wanna start a new thread.

anyone with stingers have LTs and a midpipe? if so what you running, whats your opinion?
Also is there any truth to the myth that highflow catted mid-pipes smell like rotten eggs. Or that off-road midpipes can make you sick from the fumes?

THanks for the input

if your smelling it inside the car youve got leaks. as for cats i would keep the oems untill you go FI. there a pretty good cat and you wont gain much at all from a highflow cat. it will be louder but so are headers. i would take the money on high flows and put them into headers (whatever you chose) sound and more power.. if you want get a custom mid pipe made using the oem cats. would be alot cheaper in the long run.. cats are very expensive as there is platnum in there
