spoiler aerodynamics

could, but i wouldnt trust it, drilling for screws would be much more secure, and if u used tape while the mustang was the slightest bit damp, then after a while it would detach, i would just drill, not to disagree with you, im just saying itd make me feel better.

Hehe, looks like you can get a GT500KR spoiler (aka v6 version) for cheap and its pre-painted :P

Think you need something like this before it does anything and then you need to be going fast enough well should say need the HP to overcome the drag.. But since these guys are all racing identical cars it doesnt really matter either. I want one of these in my garage.. Or could by the wing only $1700... Ouch!
Got any pics of that "John Force Ford Mustang Funny Car" I see a sign of back there?

Lets be honest- unless you are "racing your car" and you need a spoiler for air-force mechanical drag correction or effect- it is all about "style"
So pick what you like
for us 99%ers that just drive it is a matter of "style"

I have the GT500 spoiler.
I notice that when it rains, you can see the wind hitting the spoiler and pushing the water droplets back when at high speeds. So I would say that there is some downforce generated by the GT500 spoiler (and it looks great!).

Thanks for the advice guys. I purchased the v6 spoiler for cheap, but it looks like it has to be painted again anyway so I may send that one back and get the GT500 one that is painted already, or the roush one and then I have to go out and have it painted...its so hard to decide :P
