Are those rear brake cooling ducts sticking out of those Roush Race car windows? That is some direct cooling baby.

I like to imagine that my CDC ducktail provides superior downforce when I day dream about actually getting serious. Erik

Well, to make a long story short - now I have two spoilers. I ordered a v6 one, and I received it, but it has to get repainted and it needs some work (very little) on the wing itself. So I picked up a good deal on a OE GT500 one, but it has to be painted (just primed right now). I tried to send the other one back (after I ordered the GT500 one), but together with the 15% restocking fee and shipping out of my pocket...its just not worth it to send it back

...that was a good learning experience :/

I wanted to do the Roush one, and I love the look, but I just couldn't drill any more holes in the car right now

So I guess I get to choose which one is best :P ...GT500KR (aka v6 pony package) or GT500

EDIT: How much should it cost to paint a spoiler (unpainted/painted) anyway? I went to two guys and they said around $150... Why should it that much?

ya, i would not cost anymore then 200 at max, since urs isnt a roush, then it doesnt need anymore fitting, so i would say 150 isnt bad.

Got the roush on order, looks so mean, and gives a bit of shape to the plain back, the stock v6 I got is just so lame, looks like a spoiler youd find on a buick, mkinda sad I'm gonna hafta drill holes in my car, but not like I'll ever take the roush off

Those holes look beautiful just picked my car up from the body shop had them remove the Roush spoiler and paint the stripes under it. I cannot understand how you can attach a side scoop with tape yet Roush requires 2 additional holes in the trunk lid and 8 other holes to attach the end pieces to the body. It sure isnt for downforce it is over engineering / stupidity. Anyway nothing a few stickers wont cover or hole plugs. I would have had them fill the holes but maybe I will put the spoiler back on some day.

Well, after speaking to my paint friend, he said I can just try to buff the lines away and see what happens. I plan to do that this weekend and will let everyone know!
