You can get Silverstars for $16 ($11 after mail-in rebate) on Amazon. They are much more expensive everywhere else.

Thanks for the tip. What model should I be getting? I think I want the Ultras. I believe those are the best. Do I need to get a special model # for Mustangs or are they universally used?
Thanks again

You need H13's. They don't make H13 Ultras right now, so you'll have to go with the regular Silverstars.

So the Silverstars are better than the OEM HIDs?

Thanks, do you think the regular Silverstars will be a vast improvement from the stock lights? I am so annoyed with only being about to see about 10 feet in front of my car.

Yeah, I switched out the stockers for the Silverstars and noticed a decent improvement. Don't expect HID type output, but it is an improvement. If I drove a lot at night I might spend $170 or whatever for an HID kit, but since I don't my money is better spent elsewhere.

The Silverstar Ultras, not made in H13 as stated earlier, are 4100K as opposed to the Silverstars at 4000K. Not much difference so don't wait for the Ultras in H13. You can get the Silverstars online (Amazon as mentioned, ebay, etc.) much cheaper than your local auto parts store.

Default Nokya

Ive heard of Nokya producing a whiter light than Sylvania. Any truth to this? Has anyone used Nokya and what did you think of them?

I've considered the Nokya Cosmic Whites which sound great to me at 5000K. Except I can't seem to find them for under $40 a pair. I can get the Silverstars for under $20. I'm still thinking about the Nokya's but I'm very partial to the Silverstars. I DO have the Nokya Hyper Yellows in my SUV fog lights, though. Nice bulb.
