From: PA to KY ('07) to IL ('09) to MS ('10) to FL ('11)
H13 is the industry designation for that lamp configuration. The "ST" suffix (or any other suffix) is often added by the bulb manufacturer. I'm not sure if the ST is a Sylvania desigantion or not but an H13ST will fit where the H13 is specified.

According to AutoZone, the H13ST is compatible with our vehicle ('06 Mustang) but I can't find any info online that says the H13ST provides more lighting than the H13. The H13ST is a Sylvania Silverstar product.
