I'd stick with your car bro. Mod it up and enjoy it some more. If you really want to sell it then let me clean out some of your engine bay off you! My bdays next week and my girlfriend keeps asking me what I want.. Think some of your pieces would look great under my hood!

dude, I was looking at a 427 sometime ago and I can clearly remember larger brakes. If you do decide on upgrading go the full boat and get a 500 instead of that roush.

Honestly, keep your car man. There isn't a lot of benefit to getting gthat 427... the regular Roushcharger isn't very strong and other than that the 427 doesn't have much over your GT. You're gonna lose a lot of money in the whole deal, you might as well save up and buy the S/C/Turbo that you want and still have a car that is your own you know?

Even if they can't tell, you're SCREWED. Say the OP does crash and insurance thinks the car is a STOCK GT, they can refuse to fix it back to anything other than a stock GT.

With progressive, you must claim modifications in your policy. I got lucky with my stripes. I'd be scared to ruin a roush bumper and have the insurance company put on a stock one.

Most aftermarket stuff is cheaper than OEM so I wouldn't see it as a problem either way.
