okay, the conditions arent exactly ideal for me to make this move at the moment....the best thing for me to do is to keep my ride...im pulling the plug on the 428 and pulling the FS sign off of my windshield (even though i did get a call on it today lol)....anyways, i feel like i lost something even though i didnt so now i have to go buy the canton power steering tank to match the coolant tank i have to make me feel better so i can go to a car show and win another throphy!...thanks a lot for all your help guys you may have kept be from making a big mistake :-)

I would have kicked you if you had sold it. If you'd rather not spend the money, I'll talk your tank so you don't have to spend more money just because I'm that nice of a guy.

Nevermind I take that back its a 2817.00 Option for the Brakes, the Stage 3 has the big brake combo and is more money..........I thought the 427R and 429R was the high model Roush........very Odd, hrmm

when i test drove the 428, first of all, Coopers suck a$$...my toyo proxes grab more than those do...anyways, i was at a light with the salesman in the passenger side, and the sales man was like "get on it one time" so when the light turned green, i romped on the mfker shifting through (btw the shifter was hard to shift into the gears for some reason) and it just seemed like it didnt have much a$$ on it...i mean it felt just a little bit more powerful than me sportshifting my auto and as i was giving it h3ll, you couldnt really hear the s/c whine either...idk bro...

they wanted 35k for it...

im not on the market for a car anymore right now...i need to patch up some medical bills on my credit report and then start the search again...

even though i love my ride, i will still consider selling it in the future in order to get my hands on a 500 or something like that.... :-)

That's cool. I'm glad your keeping your car. You put a lot of time and effort into it.

35k to have an old technology supercharger (roots)? 35K to have some dudes name plastered all over your Mustang?
Tuner cars are overpriced and under-perform. You could find a GT500 for 3000 more than this 428r so don't feel bad you didnt buy a 428r. Too bad the only thing 428 on it is the vinyl sticker on the side.
