Adjusting TPS voltage on a STOCK throttle body?
how in the hell do you do it?
i'm ready to install my 6.8 V10 throttle body. i checked the stock voltage and it was 1.27, the replacement throttle body is 1.23. now, this is pretty close and maybe it will work - but i would rather have it exactly as it was before to eliminate to potential for trouble codes that many people have when they change these things out.
the aftermarket ones have a 2mm allen screw inside the motor assembly that unlocks the plunger, but the stock units have a plastic plunger screw and i cannot find a set screw. i've tried just turning the plunger but it doesn't wanna give and i don't wanna break it.
i'm going to call ford and speak with a tech, but any input here would be great.

If you decide to be a stickler and adjust it I can find you a good video. Mine aftermarket one was something like 1.39 where as my stock was 1.24, made it throw a **** fit from time to time until I figured it out. Goood times
