Temp Guage
I just did a supershaker install on my dad's (toy4bob) mustang. We were just talking and thought it would be nice to know the temp of the supercharger coolant. I found a sensor and sending unit for the aeroforce guages and though it would be a great add on. Were should I mount the sensor? I would really like to stay away from drilling and tapping a hole so it there some kind of adaptor for a hose?
Thanks

All you need is a Tee from the hardware store. You could go to Napa with the sensor and tell them what you're trying to do. They will know what you need.
I don't know what size hose is used for the saleens, but you need a tee with barb fittings on each end for the hose size you have and a 1/8" npt port to screw the sensor into (assuming the sensor is 1/8' threads).

+1 to what moose suggested.
here's how i did it, but i'm sure there
are now simpler ways....
i'm curious as to how you end up doing it, so
post pics when you're done.

nicely done Mounty.... if you wanted to see
the highest temps, they would be after
the intercooler and before the heat
exchanger. that just happens to be where
mine is, but to be honest, i would have
placed it anywhere that is most convenient
for mounting....
