I can't comment on a "definitive answer" but based on the descriptions in this thread, I'd say my car does this as well, for years; possibly since new. What I can't recall is if it happened on the stock tune; it's been way too long on a Bama tune at this point. It always happens in low gear, within the first 1-2 minutes of driving. I usually just throw the clutch and let of the throttle for a second to let it figure itself out, then rev match, clutch back in, and almost always fixes itself.
