Default Axle Alignment

Just notices that my jounce stops don’t line up with center of bracket that it bottoms out on. Does this look normal? (Both sides are the same. Nothing is bent or broken and it tracks correctly.)

Do you have an upper adjustable control arm(non stock)? That can change the tilt of the rear axle. Another item can be lower control arms if they are adjustable.

Aftermarket upper and lower control arms with relocation brackets. Lowers are not adjustable. Also has adjustable panhard bar.

I suspect the upper control arm maybe to short. With a stock two piece drive shaft the angle of the rear axle is fairly forgiving. With a one piece DS one must keep proper angle between transmission and differential or vibrations will happen.

You need to adjust the length of the upper control arm to correct the pinion angle back to stock.

Location is correct. Looks like car is lowered. cut down bump stop or buy Ford racing pieces. You can also get bracket to offset bump stop from Vorshlag
