Squeaky Driver Seat
Automotive seats wear out faster in
proportion to the weight they hold.
Just like everything else.
But in this day of space age plastics,
you would think they could make seat
hardware that would not squeek from metat to metal contact.
I am about 125Lbs wet and my seat
is still tight and non-squeeky 3 years later.
Now the clutch and door hinges are other matter...
I would not use WD40 for anything. Its junk.
Pure Silicone spray wont stink up the interior
and is clear in color.
Lithium Grease is also good but dont miss
your target and get it on the interior trim,
seatcovers or ]b]carpet[/b]. The spray cans are hard to
control the output and aiming under the seat
might be a tough one for you. (6'2" 290)

Update: Took my '05 to the dealership complaining of the squeky seat. Appears to service advisor/tech that the seat back springs have come off of their rail and will need to be replaced or welded back. Apparently my extended warranty doesn't cover it, and my factory warranty is expired. Is that cool or what?!?
