I have a set of 2871R Garret turbos on the car now and they are fantastic. I haven't tried turbonetics, but I have heard good things as well.

thats a real nice start to a kit. to complete that tuner kit you still need:
gt500 pumps $700
injectors $200-$300
intercooler $200 2 inlets /1 outlet (ebay)
piping $100-$200 (ebay)
cold side couplers $50 - need a 4.25 to 3" adaptor for the TB
Dyno tune w/ tuner $700
air filters $30
Maf bung to be welded to piping $45
HPS MAF $200 (maf for boost, anything over 400hp)
Blow off valve $50 (ebay)
HTO plugs $100

with the turbos being mounted to the underside, you would want to fabricate a shield to keep dirt and water off them as much as possible. you would also want to find someone who can weld up the cold side for you, aluminum piping would be best, but not too many people have resources to weld aluminum, you would need to mark the pipes and take them to a fabrication/welding shop. usually $20 a joint to have welded.

You can buy just the manifolds, which may be a cheaper path to follow. Garrett makes good turbos, and these manifolds are sick!

These are intended for a top side mounting I believe.

Yeah, that's it. I was looking for this same link. I'm sure the kit doesn't look as pretty as the pics but I am sure it can be w/ enough $$$.
If anybody is interested in turbos, feel free to let me know, my close friend is a Precision Turbo distributor. http://www.precisionturbo.net/ I'm sure you will need a built bottom end before upgrading the turbos.
