Mustang Monthly...July has the performance parts guide. Pretty cool with pics but most don't have retail price.

I like any with a new mustang on it.. but I'm pissed at them for holding back info that could help us. They wont post anything bad or negative on a porduct that they advertise in their books.. nice [:@]

I have always used quaker state and fram filter in my vehicles i have had.
Those are the 2 absolute worst products you could use IMO, especially the quacker state junk, of all the oils on the shelf that is the last one I would pick.
I would use walmart oil before I would QS, it is actually other major brands like mobil etc..., depends on region.
I have seen many engines torn down after using that QS crap, you can instantly tell they used quacker state from the thick buildup of sludge.
They may have changed their formulation, but I still wont go near it.

Use mobil or shell if you go synthetic and purolator pure one filter, fram used to be good filters.
I had 295,000 miles on a 85 GT when I recently sold it, no engine work done to it and it didnt even smoke except at startup.
I used castrol the first 15 years or so, then went to valvoline.

I was wondering that also. But considering that posts have a tendency to disappear around here, I figured I wouldn't ask.
