Default tpms sensors

i have an 07 gt and i had my sensors transfered over to my 18" foose wheels. the problem is the tire place where i had it done forgot to put the double faced rubber cushion between the sensor bracket and the wheel. i paid $107 dollars to have this done along with road force variation balanced. is there a chance the sensors and clamp will spin on the rims and throw the balance out?

Yes there is a chance of strap rotation.
Go back and demand that they redo it the right way.
