I'm new here and have a few questions. I'll throw one at a time out there. I have a factory Shaker 1000 in my stang and want to get HID headlights and fog lights. I also want to get a UDP setup but i am concered about the power draw being too much. Is this something to be concerned about or am i way out in left field?

 

Retro-solutions aftermarket HID kits draw 2-3 amps which is probably less than the stock halogen bulbs draw. Not sure about OEM HID's though. If you notice problems at idle with the UDP (which is doubtful), you could increase the idle speed with a tuner.

Hopefully someone else will chime in, but these were my initial thoughts.
