Yep, me too... Fronts Deep Dish 18x9" 255's and rears 18x10" 285's.
Who ever told you this obviously just doesn't have a clue.
Maybe he meant having say 18' rims in front, and 20's in the rear

I have 275's all the way around on a stock suspension and there's enough room to fit a small child in my wheel well. Staggering 255's up front and 285's in back should look great. If I recall, didn't the Shelbys come with 255/275's?
