I was quoted like 435 at Pro Modular Performance in Austin. That is just the install price, not including gears, oil, and install kit. I guess that's still good considering what the stealer would charge.

I'm going with 3.73 and will probably stick to a 27" tire instead of the larger size I was thinking about (295/45/18).

Motion Dynamics here in austin,tx... cost me $500 installed with everything. I wish there were more "performance" shops here in austin but there aren't. It's sad... fortunately San Antonio isn't very far.

When I contacted pro-modular with my hot rod cams issue he told me the car would need to go to murillo for tuning. I appreciate his knowledge and support (answered the phone at 7pm on a friday). I'll go to him for future mods/lift work etc.

I just got quoted 445 for 4.10s with parts and labor out here in NY. Looks like a great deal because most others are charging 500+ ....

Oh and you guys mentioned tire sizes and all.... i got 295/35/19 BFGs KDW2s on the rears... is that good for 4.10s???

Beast, do some research before you use the shop that quoted you $445. I won't badmouth anyone's business, but I know which one it is and they have 2 reputations; one for big money customers and another for regular Joes. I personally wouldn't let them touch my car.

What's the overall diameter? A 28" tall tire would go nicely with 4.10 gears.

Im not sure about overall diameter ,, im gonna go measure it.

Like I said, I'm not here to hurt anyone's business, that's why I didn't name them, but you might want to research a little. Don't just jump in because they're big.If you're planning on spending big $$$, they're fine. I'm having 4.10's installed in 2 weeks at a different shop and would rather spend an extra $50 to make sure they're done right.
