Default In line electric cut outs?

Hey everybody. Just pulled the 'Stang out of winter storage and time to get at the 2009 mods!

I left off 2008 having installed JBA Long Tubes and an off road H-pipe.....waaaaay too loud.

I'm wondering if anyone could provide some insight on installing a electric cut outs INLINE on the exhaust. That is, on the street I'd run with the cut out partially open and then for the track or traffic light intimidation I'd be able to open them up.

To be honest I don't even know if it's possible to do that as I know the usual use of the cut out is to dump out a y-pipe. That and I've been warned that I could choke off the exhaust flow completely.

My other option would be to install some more restrictive mufflers, but who wants to do that?!

Can anyone give me some tips?
