The Pa pans are down to around $350 now, I think it is worth the money, Check the brothers website.

so if im nearing 49k miles, i dont need this done right now? if not, should i have it dont when it hits 50k or....?

I spoke with ford already and they said theyd flush it for me for $110...not sure if thats a good price or not...what do you all think?

110 bucks? maybe i should call my dealer and see how much they'd charge me to do mine. or maybe ill spend the extra 240 and get a PA pan...

We use a Powerflush Machine at work. Thats the best way to do some of these cars now.

110 isnt bad cause most shops around here are like 90ish to get it done. the problem is for that price nobody will drop the pan and change the filter. seeing as how the filter isn't going to be getting changed for another 50k or more miles, it seems like a good time to do it for preventative maintenance.
