removing the wheel locks...
Yes, You can order a replacement lug-lock from the wheel lock company but that's assuming you have the specific Numbered Code to give them that came with the wheel lock set . And yes... this will take forever. I would call your local Tire Wheel installer and ask them for the best way for you to do this, or to borrow their tool. They are faced with this all the time. Don't try i.e. vice grips etc etc....

In some instances, dealerships can buy a master lock set which includes an array of lock dies to remove the locking lug nut. Tire stores may have these sets as well. Expect to pay a a service fee if they have the die and perform the removal. Removing a locking lug without the die is tricky. Most wheels, by design, leave very little room/clearance around the locking lug nut to work.
Another way, is to use an impact socket slightly larger than, but not large enough to fit over the lug. Pounding the socket onto the lug and gently back it off with an impact wrench. We've done this in our shop, but it's very tricky.
Your original lock set comes in a little black & clear vinyl bag. Mine was found sitting on top of the spare tire. I understand, due to security, Ford does not have information about the code to your lock die. That information is on a small card from the lock manufacturer and this card has a code on it which corrolates to you lock(s). This card also gives you instructions as how to obtain additional dies.
Good Luck

Did you buy the car used? Most people keep the key code in the glove box with their Owner's Manual. But it sounds like time is of the essence so find a shop that can remove all 4 for you and put standard lug nuts back on.

Great input here Nick
An old open ended lug nut and a welder will get em off pronto.
Place the lug nut over the locker and weld up the hole.
+1 on looking by the spare tire for the ever elusive locking lug nut key
When I worked at the Cadillac dealership, there were only so many combinations
of lug nut key patterns and we had the keys for all of them and never even looked
for or used the owners key when dealing with the wheel assemblies.
Maybe the stealership can get those lockers off and replace them with some
that you have keys to?

I lost one of mine when I forgot to remove it from the wheel and took the car out for a test drive. I looked for it but no luck. I had to order one. I ordered two to be safe and paid $26.22... but with shipping $17.75 it came to $44.17 total.

the only thing i want to do is get the tire patched and the wheel lock is stopping me
would putting fix-a-flat into the tire, then driving to a gas station, fill up with more air, then drive to nearby tire place be an option?
i have the tire pressure monitor and im sure itll be damaged from the fix-a-flat but idk what else to do
