Saw the new 2010's

yup, 2010 V6 does look good. the fog lights on the GT kinda bother me how they are slightly covered at the top by the front of the hood. sorda looks like a mistake. maybe looks better in person? i think the tail lights are the only thing in question for all the models. i guess it will just take some getting used to. kudos to ford for keeping the ball rolling!

Well after seeing the Challenger comes in 3rd place in a 2010 Camaro, Stang, and Challenger shootout Id say good luck seeing tail lights!
Why 3rd place? The challenger was heaviest of all 3 cars.. so even with the extra HP its HP to weight ratio was worst of all three.
The mustang had the least HP of 2010 but was lightest of all three. It only lagged behind the Camaro eight/nine tenths in the 1/4 mile because its 400 pounds lighter.

they had one at the dealer i looked at while i was waiting for the dumbass sales guy at my ford dealer last week for the powerstroke, only complaint is the reverse lights mounted vertically....that and that they are still overweight and underpowered.

the "wow" factor depletes once you are used to seeing a certain kind of car on the road on a regular basis. FORD being the forerunner in retro styling, pays the price of losing its initial appeal once the other automakers follow suit and release their retro versions. FORD is my number 1 but i'll always support GM and Chrysler especially in these times. its the American thing to do IMO. muscle/retro styling is a beautiful thing and we should be thankful to witness it at least one last time.

it is great that we can at least have a debate on which muscle car looks the best in the year 2009. and folks thought the muscle car died in 1973. This is a good thing, who knows how long it will last, as the first muscle car wars lasted less than 10 years.

they are version #2 based off the same concept that created version #1 (05-09). i like the fact that there is noticeable visual change yet its subtle enough to where its no doubt still a "Mustang". Unlike so many other models of cars that experience complete makeovers every 5 years and have no consistent identity. of course, cost effectiveness plays the biggest role in every new design.

I went to the local dealership this morning and sat in a 2010 GT. It is nice but saw nothing that made me want to trade in my 08 GT/CS. The seat actually didn't feel as comfortable as my 08. I started it up, closed the door. It is quiet inside the cabin.....I like that. The exhaust sounds a little different...maybe nicer. The trunk release button beside the shifter is nice. Would like to take a ride to see how much smoother the ride is. The seat comfort going backward is not good.
