Tires
So I am looking at getting a wheel and tire pack from cruzin concepts that cones with TOYO FZ4 High Performance Tires and was wondering if anybody has had these tires because I have been reading reviews and people either say they suck or are great, so I was wondering if anybody has had personal experience with them.

Can't comment on the tires, but I will say that Cruizin Concepts provided me terrible customer service. Mediocre/poor service at first and then they all but dissappeared after they got my credit card number. It took considerable effort to fix their mistakes in my order. The whole experience made me sad face.
They do have an incredible wheel/tire selection, and good pricing.

Like Fullysayl said.. depends on what you want. For the summer I'm probably going to run M&H drag radials, 275s on my stock 17" rims.. then winter switch to a good winter tire (although the stock ones held up fine this past winter). I would never run an all season tire on a performance car (If i was planning on buying new tires anyway)

What vehicle are you buying these tires for? From Toyo's own site (boldface mine)
When I dig a little deeper at the Toyo site (and also at Performance Plus Tire), I find that none of the sizes listed are either big enough or have sufficient load capacity for use on an S197.
The fact that performance is listed dead last in Toyo's own list of attributes probably says something . . .

The Proxes FZ4 is a stylish, affordable, all-season performance tire for those looking to plus-size their sport compact cars.

Its for my v6 daily driver, also I am a 17 year old kid so I want all-season tire(cheaper and less of a hassle) and here is the link, the package it is at the bottom doesn't give mutch information.

Even though 245/40-18 on 9" wide rims is a legitimate combination, the tires themselves miss on two counts.
Too small of a diameter. They're almost 1.5" shorter than any of the OE tires (think about having an even bigger gap between tire and fender)
Too low of a load rating. You want a load index that's at least 96, but this size in these tires is only 93. That's an OE rating of at least 1565 lbs max load vs 1433 (and this general trend holds true at any normal inflation pressures).
Quite frankly, I don't think it's ethical for this combination to be advertised for use on these cars.
You're obviously relatively new to maintaining a vehicle, so I'm going to offer some advice. Do not be afraid to backcheck any advertising claim against some independent source of information. There is a difference between buying something (where you go into the transaction with some detail knowledge and it's all your choice to do it), vs being sold the same thing (where a pressure to buy is coming from the guy selling whatever it is). You'll be in this buying vs being sold situation from time to time in this and other areas for a long time to come, so you might as well get started off right.
