I agree that I have not had a problem with my tail lights, but it can be kind of nasty to clean that area out. -- and yes I do have two large trees that I have no choice but to park near. I do cover the car most of the time it's parked so the water issue has not been an issue with my car. I do think Ford kinda messed up on this design.
