I wish when I had first started this thread I would have added a poll regarding yes or no to the cowl hood. I believe it would look nice, I just don't want to make the wrong choice!! Lot of work goes into a nice hood.....

 

The cowl would look great, and the Cervini's is functional also. It will ventilate the engine compartment, which will keep the ambient temps down. Mine are now within about 10-15 degrees of outside temps, and before the cowl they were 50+ (and it wasn't even hot outside yet). Steeda claims the stock hood can cause the ambient temps to go up to as much as 150 degrees over outside temps. I believe it, these things run hot! My hood actually made about a 10 degree reduction in my IATs which is good for the blower too. I wouldn't say to buy one for this sole purpose, but its nice to have some function with the look.

That said, your car looks great now, but I can understand wanting a change. That is the problem with being "done" with a car... you get the urge to change it. The wheels look great also, I'd stick with the black chrome personally.
