Good, because my answer on the question is also a big no. The new mustang might look nice and drive even nicer, but it still has the same engine.

The difference is more than just looks. The whole car is more refined and an absolute pleasure to drive. It handles better looks nicer, quieter more refined interior.... BUT, i still would not trade an '09 for a 2010

If you want to drag and win, keep the auto. 
If you still want to manually shift sometimes when you feel like it, put in a TCI StreetFighter ratchet shifter. I'm about to put one in mine. It looks great, lets me manually shift much easier when I want to and still gives me the option of putting it in D.

I saw a '10 the other day in a parking lot. I like the front and sides but the rear looks like ****. It reminds me of a G35 or g37 with it's flatish rear bumper..even my wife commented it looked like a pinched off turd. I'll stick to my 08

ye, i decided to mods my car with tons of money,lol...just kidding. although manual is one thing i m thinking right now, after some drag race i become love my auto tranny, i m not professonal drag racer, but i still have fun. and i become love my car more than i can say...any body remeber the song???..wow.wow yeah....i love u more than i can say..
