Default TPMS sensor?

I just bought a set of 20in CS67 wheel for my 07 Mustang and I made a few search to find a way to clear the light and I'm kind of mixed up somewhere. So here my question.

If I buy two kit of Universal Mustang TPMS Sensor Mounting Band and Bracket (Set of Two) http://www.americanmuscle.com/universal-tpms-bands.html and i reuse my sensor on my 17 in wheel. Will it work?

Because Ive seen a lot of different stuff on this forum... training tool...dvd...econoline sensor... pvc tube....

Thanks for the help

I just went through this with my CS69s and followed a similar path.

Purchased 2 sets of the bands/cradles from AM
Purchased the TPMS training tool from this place on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FORD-...1%7C240%3A1318

And since I sold my stock 17s, I bought a new set of sensors on ebay as well. But your stock sensors can simply be transferred to the new bands/cradles. Ironically enough, my new wheels/sensors never required retraining.

Question about your CS67s... did yours come with CS logo etched into the rim?? I guess this is part of the new styling that was implemented a while back and it threw me a bit when they arrived since most of the websites did not show it.

i did the pvc pipe in the trunk and it didn't work. buy the kit from AM and have them installed. you will get the new bands, new sensor brackets and the double adhesive tape that goes between the bracket and your wheels. make sure they know what they are doing. sensor has to be 180 degrees from the valve stem. after install i had to take mine to a dealer and they have to reset each sensor to the car.
