factory option hood scoop

Personaly, I'll like the existing hood without the scoop, I'll just pocke 2 holes at the bigining of the bulge to make it look like the 67 GT 500 scoop:

Sorry to bring up an old thread.

We're thinking of adding the CDC shaker scoop and looking at this pic I kind of agree with the above statement.
It sort of looks at of place. Maybe it's the camera angle but it almost looks photoshopped.


But looking at this pic I think it looks really good. Maybe the chin spoiler helps?


Then I messed around with the Ford customizer and came up with this.
(I realize it's photoshop but it looks good IMO).


Anybody have any first hand experience and photos of their car with the shaker scoop installed?

Well the package 4 scoop isn't bad but I prefer functional scoops.
Besides, the little lady wants the scoop to be black and this scoop doesn't look right on a white car in black.

It has been decided to either go with the shaker to add a little black accent or just leave it alone.

Is this my fellow GT owner in AFRICOM?
