That color combination looks awesome.

I don't know about these stripes, but I had factory vinyl stripes on a Cuda and I always waxed over them. Over the years, a small amount of wax would start to build up on the edges of the stripes. Maybe if I had done a better job waxing the car or using a polisher it might not have happened. I was able to get rid of the build up with a tooth brush and a lot of patience, but after that, I kept the wax away from the stripes.

Blaine are those 10" stripes with 1" space between?

The pin stripe is a nice touch. I will be printing out the pics of your car when I go get mine striped.

The stripes are 11" wide with a 1.25" gap between them, then a .25" gap then a .25" pin stripe.

Looks good, I'll be doing the same with my car here in the next month. Thanks for the specs on the stripe, it helps me to decide what I want to do.

Be sure to use something like 303 protectant on the stripes, they will last a lot longer!

Hey Prof. if you look in the Muscle Mustang and Fast Fords magazine the Discount Tire ad has a a black '05 Mustang GT with Red Stripes with some Boyd Coddington wheels. It looks like an artists rendering of a car, but still pretty cool looking.
