Default Stock Fuel Pump Vs. GT500

Here's a dumb question,

Does the GT500 require any special fitting over the Stock fuel pump?

I've been experiencing a intermittent hesitation with my car since I got the Thumprs put in. Originally thought it was tuning, but some days it runs fine, and other days it sputters between shifts. Take a look

With Sputter (taken two days ago)

Running just fine, no change to car, same tune (taken 1mo ago)

In the first vid, you can hear it between gears, I call it a "burp". So it was suggested it might be the fuel pump. I had the dealer replace it under the TSB about 2.5yrs ago. Of course my car is out of warranty now.

But just my experience working at Ford, its entirely possible the replacement part can have the same issue down the road, as the part its replacing.

I've looked on Fleabay, and the pictures of a 05-09 stock pump look entirely different than a GT500 pumps on there, at least judging by the pictures

I want to buy one tomorrow, but unsure what to buy. I'm not running NOS or S/C, so the GT500 pump isn't really necessary, but thought might as well while I'm changing it. Is there any harm in running the GT500 pump on a NA motor?

Can someone verify the difference between these two pumps? Are the ones on Fleabay two different pumps, or is the GT500 pictured, just have the cover on it?
