What are some good brakes?
I need to replace my front brakes at a little over 25k miles. How hard is it to just replace the pads? Do I have to bleed the brakes? Should I get some Hawk pads?

Check your rotor thickness make sure your within spec and get them machined.
If not performance friction and DBA rotors make very good aftermarket but OEM size.
If I were you I would change to the hawk pads front and rear with a dot4 fluid. I have had very good luck with the ate super blue racing. It helps that it's blue so when you flush it all the way through you can tell. (dot4 similar compound as dot3 but with a higher boiling point, essentially less brake fade).
If i am not mistaken Samstrano on here has everything you would need.
