How To: Change Differential Fluid

Jeees, first picture is of jacking by the pumpkin.
I thouth this was a 'how to', not a 'how not to...'
My stomach is turning a little right now...
You have 100,000 miles on that 07 already to
warrant a synthetic rear end lube change?
.To All: This write-up is ONLY to provide helpful information, tips and pics on the process of changing the fluid. If you don't agree with changing the fluid...then don't. I changed mine and was happy with the results so I decided to put this together to help out other members if they had plans of doing the same. That's it...nothing more nothing less.
Well, regardless of what some others may think, I want to thank you for the write-up, degeze! I had to pull the rear diff covet off my 96 GT because it developed a leak, and even tho it's not exactly the same car, your write up was very helpful in changing the fluid and resealing the cover. The process did take me forever because I kept running into little hang ups, but it's done, and hopefully I won't have to deal with a leak ever again! I will say that the most pain in the *** part was refilling the housing, that part just sucks! I ended up getting a small pump and that worked wonders, but only after I spent a good hour screwing around trying other methods. Thanks again!
