Default bamachip tune question

im filling out the tune questions for bamachip and i was wondering if anyone knew the answer for me for these 2 questions.... for a 2007 gt/cs 18 inch perfomance tires.

Required:
FULL Tire Size IE: 235/50 R17 ----------............

Required:
Axle Code or Gear Ratio --------------..................

and then it says first custom tune and has all the octanes including 87 but below it has premium fuel octane and only ..91..92...93..... so i cant get an 87 tune?

Go look at your tires for the first answer. Look at the axle housing for the second answer. There should be a sticker on it with a code and what gears you have. Will be either 3.31's or 3.55's.

You get to pick three tunes. For the required Premium Fuel Octane, just select the highest octane you're going to be running. Then for the three customs, pick any you want, as long as they're not higher than what you just picked. And yes, you can have 87!!!

Easiest way to know the axle question is are you Auto tranny or manual. If you're auto then you are 3.31 no matter what. The 3.55 was an option for the manual only.

If you're only doing a single tune, then you just need to decide what octane gas you're willing to fill up with ALL OF THE TIME, and also, if everywhere you drive is going to have that octane or higher available (seeing as how you mentioned 91, then I'm sure just about everywhere you go will have at least 91). I'd definitely recommend going with the higher octane because you're capable of making more power.
