You must be quick at reading analog because the increased thinking time for me would far outweight the increased time t look a little bit further down to read the time.

I'm with Art161 on this one. I learned to tell time in an analogue world and I still find it a lot more intuitive. I have to do a mental conversion when I see digital. For me it's like a preference for an analogue dial speedo instead of the digital numeric version. Guess I'm an old guy!
