Which tires would you recommend for the Drag strip?

what r your mods? are you buying a set of track only rim/tires? or r they for stock wheels? what size rim???

so far cold air kit
flowmaster axleback
throttle spacer

well i want to get a set of rear tires only for the track but then ill have to get extra rims too

ideas?

will be getting a tuner when i get money
tuner and tires are next

what East posted is a good choice. you could find some used 17"s and get some ET Streets or Street Radials on them for a bit less then the new package as well. they come up for sale on the forums fairly often.

Would i stress my car too much with a stock rear end with those?
isnt it easier to break stuff if i have slicks?

Putting slicks on a car will add stress to the drivetrain. However, I dont think you're really in too much danger of breaking things at your power level.
