Probably over the vents (to tape them off...)
I cannot see how we can fix this...
I found that it helps a bit if you recirculate the air.

Yeah, sometimes I regret buying black in Texas, specifically during summer, but its so damn nice when its clean and stealthy at night.

Even with the top down on the vert, all of the heat problems are still there.

before anyone can get into American vs. Foreign car quality debate...
I had a Honda Accord that blew warm air through the vents almost all the time. Stealership told me they all did it.
