Default Is this normal?

I have an o/r prochamber, have MILs but they didnt work. My CEL is on and I know Im running rich bc the mileage and the smell, plus the tips have a blue hue to them (very slight). Anyways I was expecting black carbon buildup, instead its bronze and there are little spots/dots/specks inside the tips....is this normal? Also is it bad to be running rich like this? I know Im going to have to order an intake/tune so please dont tell me to. I just want to know what the dots are all about and if Im harming the car. Thanks

From what I've read the MIL's are pretty crappy. Some work, some don't. You know you need a tune, so that will do the trick and get rid of the CEL and fix the mix so you don't run so rich.

Yeah I know the tune will take care of it I just dont know if those spots are normal. Plus am I damaging anything by running rich?

Does an o/r midpipe itself require a tune to change the a/f ratio?

No just to turn off the o2 sensors. The o2 sensors threw a code and now the car is adding more fuel because it thinks there is a problem or something.

From what I've read, little white bumps mean your car has herpes.

Running rich may just result in higher fuel consumption and increased potential for fouled spark plugs. Get a tune as soon as possible.

Turn off 02 sensors....and put some ointment on those tips it should help the break outs.

Having an off road pipe and no downstream O2 sensors does not affect your air/fuel ratio. The downstream sensors are only to monitor catalytic efficiency. It's the upstream sensors that affect your air/fuel ratio. The smell you have is from not having cats and the bronze color is normal. My tips are bronze/brown also.
