HAHAHAHAHA, You do realize that 4.10's with stock speedometer calibration is about a 20% difference. Which means, that you were adding 20% more miles to your car as well....
So I put on 30 more miles to my car that weren't actually driven, big deal. My 05 only has 31500 on it anyways, I drive it like 5000-6000 a year and could care less about a few miles, I'm not selling it anytime soon.
Read the instructions on the tuner. Adjusting for wheel size is easy, and IIRC, there is also a manual adjustment for gears. You're right in assuming you don't need a whole new tune.

The tuner cannot modify the STOCK TUNE. Only the dealer can.
That's the whole point of this thread. The OP must go to the dealership. There is no other option.
