It is impressive. I had a JLT plus the BAMA tune. Add 4.10's in there and you'll really freak out

Dohhhh! Forgot to mention gears...
After my CAI & tune, my stock 235/50/18 (?) tires wouldn't cut it. I went with wider wheels and 275/40/18's stickier tires. That did the trick... for now.

Not sure about 4.10s, but gears are definitely on the list. I want to be able to cruise at highway speeds comfortably. Thoughts?

Go with 3.73 gears if your looking for Hwy driving but want to get some kick. My 3.73's will be going in next month.

That's kinda the way I was leaning. Got to be better than the stock 3.31s

I have 4.10 gears installed. With a 28.5" tall wheel in the back (Nitto 295/45/R18) the final ratio is 3.90. At 75mph I am at just barely 2500rpm.
Perfectly reasonable IMO.

Same expression blurted out of my mouth when I first stepped on the gas after the CAI/tune install.
Mine was a bit more expletive though...

Anyone try 3.90's on the new S197s ? Seems like great gearing, more than 3.73s but not so much as 4.10s.
I don't see as much a gain but running a CAI and a 93 tune has made the difference between night and day on my 05 V6 Vert.
