I forget... do you have NAV or not-NAV?

If you have not-NAV, the command to get all that stuff is 'Services'. Say it at the SYNC prompt. Make sure you have activated Traffic, Directions, and Information services at SyncMyRide.com (e.g. make sure you register your phone number). You authenticate to the Services network with your phone number (it's essentially your user name/password).
