Spray detailer Wal-mart has Meguiars and Mothers. That usually does it
May want to look into Klasse glaze too. My car got rained on after I had put it on. A few water spots but a little spray detailer and they came off easier than ever!

If you have some really stubborn ones that wont come off - dab a little vinegar on it then see if it will come off.

Scratch X )yellow bottle at walmart and cheap will bring them right out too!
Just be sure to rewax the area if you use the scratch X or vinegar.

My best reccomendation is to clay the car, then apply a good brand polish followed by a quality wax (synthetic or carnuba). I would go with a synthetic wax because things seem to bake in a black car fairly quickly on a sunny day.

Try to get several coats of wax so you can protect your baby from water spots not to mention dirt and the elements of mother nature.

I've been using Dry-Wash and Guard's new ion charged polish with micro fibre towels. The car has never had a brush on it. No scratches and dust blows off.
