Default Track Pack II

Anyone have a car ordered with this?
I am talking about the track pack with the GT500 parts along with the gears, brakes and 19 inch wheels. I stopped by to drool at some 10 Mustangs on the lot and the sales guy told me this wasn't going to be offered. Only the gear option pack would be.
Of course I know that most car salesmen are incapable of telling the truth

Its not avaliable yet.. Other than the tires there wasn't too much extra I wanted.. but I don't care about turning where as most people do. I'll be happy with TP1

The salesman is wrong, the TP was available for order on 4 August and we should start seeing them out there soon.

I too can confirm that it's now available as I placed my order last week with the track pack II option included.

That what I thought, salesmen

I told him I would order the car and was waiting on some incentives also so it wasn't like I was buying off the lot that day.

Anyway great to hear others have ordered it. I think its a steal for what you get. Just a little concerned because its not on the Ford build and price site yet.

I'm leaning to same way you are, Dobie... I'm planning to saw-off though and put my order in sometime in early November at the latest.

I've been waiting for a new 'stang since I finished paying off my '01 BULLITT and it has NOT been easy given the plethora of offerings from Ford over the last few years.

I'm pulling the trigger on a '10 w/ the Track Pack II, just hoping the car comes in AFTER any end of model year incentives are announced. I'm not going to be too happy if I drive away in the new car and FoMoCo announces new incentives the next week or month on the '10s. I realize I certainly wouldn't be the first or last person that has happened or will happen to. That being said, I want to order my car my way and not have to worry about jumping through hoops trying to find "the perfect car" sitting on a lot somewhere at the last minute or after it's too late to order a '10 just to take full advantage of the incentives, if they're even offered.

Yeah I am hoping the end of the year brings a 0% interest deal and some rebate. I am X plan so if I can get all three I would order the car and hope it is delivered in time to take advantage of the finance. I figure incentives will come as the "new" wears off a little and the summer driving season ends in this still struggling economy. I need allot of car for the money. I had my heart set on Red Candy but checked out the Grabber Blue on the lot with the seat stripe accent so now its going to be a toss up on color.
Until I get the incentives I need I will just stack up some Benjamin's. Its only going to get better on price I think. And if that Coyote engine comes out it may affect the 4.6 pricing favorably also.

I ordered mine a few weeks ago. I think the option code was 67D. The sales douche showed me his order book, and there's an entire page dedicated to the TP option. I believe the order book was dated 6-2x-09.

Cool. I was going of their site, but I'm glad its on the order sheets now. Mine with TP1 was ordered in Feb so too late for me.
I'm wondering though, why would Ford discount the '10s in '09? I sorta assumed the '10 would be like almost a 2 year deal and the '11s comming out in a year from now or so. Any word on rumors?
