drivers window problem HELP PLEASE

Worst case scenario just take your car to a Ford dealership and have them take a look wouldn't hurt.

did that, everything looks clear. also seems to only do it after the car has been in motion. once it stops, it does it, but then afterwards works normally, until the car is in motion.

Maybe something is loose and gets jarred out of place by driving?

i doubt it, it does it regardless of speed, i rolled down the block @ 5-15 mph and it still did it

Yea, get a new window motor (the controller/brains are integral to it).

Have ya tried 'helping it' while it is going up?
