Whipple Trans Choice

Getting close to pulling the trigger on a 2010 and will most likely have the dealer add the whipple before delivery. Question is I would like a manual but would I get better performance out of an Auto with the Whipple. This will be a sunny day cruiser and realistically see little or no track time so maybe the point is mute.

Street car = Manual

Road course car = Manual

Drag Car = Auto

Manual, Whipple only offers a reduced power setup for the automatic.

Manual, because the manual transmission can take 550 crank hp and the auto can take 500. The engine can take 500 however from boost but you can add more with exhaust work cams etc without blowing the engine.
