Anyone know about how long it'll take to put a light bar on? I'm going home from college for the weekend to help my dad do his and I was just wondering about how long I should expect. Thanks guys.

 

I have not personally installed one, but a friend of mine that has said that it can take a few hours if you've never done it before

 

Installed mine in about 2 hours... If you are installing one with the brake light, routing the wires into the trunk is a bit easier if you slightly raise the top.

Seriously though, the templates that come with kit (mine was a CDC) made it very simple and fool-proof. Still gets you a bit nervous when drilling into a prefectly good interior panel.

 

If it's anything like you and your Dad's brake job...who knows.
