Yep, everything in that link can be considered illegal. The govt pretty much makes it so when a car leaves the factory it has to stay like sadly to be "legal"

so, if it passes inspection it's usually okay unless a cop gets you pulled over? I just need to find a more lax service station?

there are ways around inspections from stations, like putting an spark plug nonfouler in your o2 sensor on your headers to fool emmisions. cops usually can only do visual inspections. mostly they tag you first for tint then get up close and bring out the list lol

In Italy it is illegal to make ANY non-stock changes to an automobile, so we could have it much worse.

Yup I know all about the exhaust, I've been pulled over twice allready for illegal exhaust, not with my mustang yet though, and it is by far the loudest car I've had, I guess they must like the way it sounds

Ya most cops around me don't really care too much about stuff like tint or exhaust unless the tint is 5% or if you are being a jackass. If you deserve to get pulled over then they will pull you over and might ticket you for everything.

I've never heard of a law stating that HIDs are illegal. Many cars including Mustangs come stock with HIDs so I don't see how companies would allow something illegal to come equipped in their cars.
