Blower broke
WOuldn't he need at least a couple of pulls on the dyno just to be safe.....just to ensure everything was properly fixed. I understand the likely hood of something being off is slim to none, but its cheaper than buying a new motor.
No. The same blower is going back on the motor and will be making the same amount of boost so a re tune is NOT necessary.
Vortech and paxton failures are more common than you think, at least they used to be a few years ago. That's why I stayed away from the centri's or anything that needs engine oil to lubricate it.
Car insurance? Are you serious? I suppose that's not such a stupid question. My in-laws thought my home owners insurance would cover my roof leaking, lol! maybe if a tree fell through my roof.
