Default BBK headers and catted x installed

So I installed my BBK headers and Bassani catted x about a week ago, and here are my impressions on it. First of all, I did not intend to buy new headers. Taking off the stock h was the hardest part. I stripped 2 of the collector studs, then 1 of them snapped when I tried taking it out of the manifold, that is why I bought new headers. After that snag, install was fairly simple, just time consuming and you have very limited space under the hood. I love the new sound, it is loud when I get on it and it is raspier than before. However, I do have a rattle, the drivers side hanger for the x-pipe is way too close to a bolt on the transmission and it rattles something fierce when I turn left and accelerate, I need to bend a new one and weld it up. Other than that, fitment is overall ok for the x, it does seem a little off on the drivers side though, it is very close to the floorboards when it is compared to the passenger side. The headers fit good, no interference with the motor mounts or steering shaft. Sorry for such a long paragraph and no videos (yet), but I was also wondering, has anybody else had the same rattling issue? Thanks for reading.

I have the BBK LT and X too. I had to cut the hanger off the x because of same issue. Ford did not put a hanger on the car anyway so it wasnt a big deal. No more rattle!

I could try that, but I did have a stock hanger on that side

Also, in case people are wondering, I have magnapack axle-backs and it does drone still.
