Default Spydershaft

Anyone got some tech info on the spydershaft as to how much torque it can handle?

more then your making.....

mine works fine @ 400ft/lbs. IIRC there are guys pushing 550-600 with them and no issues.

I dont recall ever seeing a "spec" for the tq.

Good to know, just want to make sure it's a durable product because I heard a lot of things about it. Thanks.

I have had a SpyderShaft for two years and no issues at all. No vibration at 120+ mph, or on the Dyno at 110 mph equivilent, or on the track at 100+ mph. Very well made product in my opinion that does not use an adapter unlike some otheres and the same shaft fits Manual or Autmatic.

Im not keen on changing the pinion yoke for this Spyderhsaft, so I prefer a driveshaft using a billett adapter rather than un-torquing the yoke. Some have gotten gear whine from changes to the crush sleeve by doing this.
I've had a Powerhouse driveshaft for 3.5 years without any issues and tested it up to 168 MPH. They spin balance the Powerhouse shaft to a higher RPM than other driveshaft makers so it has had the least amount of issues of any I have seen.
