That's not "normal". Can you go to a manager at the dealership?

I did, he backed his "leather guy" insisting that this was normal. I'll be taking the car to a different dealership and I'm not sure if I'll ever let them touch my car.

Now I have seen the pictures you posted. I had this on my 2004 Expi. Looked very similar and it was on two seats in the rear. My dealer took a look and promptly agreed they were not right. He ordered replacement covers and one week later we brought the car in for the change. No problems. And my wife was the one who took the car in for both visits. The dealer didn't giver her any crap, just looked and agreed it was not right.

Your dealer is being stupid.

The manager is a jerk off. He is trying to screw you. I have run in to this before. Go to another dealer and call Ford as well.
